You don’t need a corner office or a nameplate to be a leader. Leadership isn’t about your job description. It’s about stepping up, making a difference, and helping others do the same. And let’s be real, the world could use a few more good leaders (and a few less people just “managing” things). In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of what real leadership looks like and why it matters. Whether you're running a business, leading a team, or just trying to keep your household from falling apart, there’s something here for you. To keep things fun (and not feel like a boring lecture), we’ll be playing The Leadership Game by John Maxwell. It’s an interactive, eye- opening, occasionally funny way to learn about leadership, connect with others, and maybe even discover a few things about yourself. Come ready to play, learn, and lead. No title required. 

Speaker Bio: I’m Kendra Wiiest, founder of Profectus Business Consulting and a former 911 operator who now helps leaders build better teams through coaching, training, and strategic consulting. I’ve owned and operated multiple businesses, facilitated dozens of leadership, DISC, and business success workshops, and I specialize in turning complex people issues into practical, relatable solutions. My speaking style is approachable and down-to-earth. Think “leadership training meets coffee chat with a little personality.” I believe learning should be useful and engaging because no one ever said, “Wow, I loved that monotone lecture with 87 slides.”
