Please join the Tri-County Chapter of the Spokane Home Builders Association at The Fraternal Order of Eagles in Colville on April 30th, 2024 for a Lunch and Learn Session to learn about the changes to the state Building and Energy Codes. Jim Breidenbach, ROII Field Representative, will be presenting important updates and changes to Washington and Idaho Building and Energy Codes and how those changes will impact the residential construction industry going forward. Lunch and beverages will be provided by SHBA and members are encouraged to attend and invite industry colleagues that may be interested in joining SHBA as well!
