Please join the Grant County Chapter of the Spokane Home Builders Association at Chico's Pizza Parlor on April 10th, 2024 for a Happy Hour Learning Session to learn about the changes to the state Building and Energy Codes. Jim Breidenbach, ROII Field Representative, will be presenting important updates and changes to Washington Building and Energy Codes and how those changes will impact the residential construction industry going forward. Pizza and beverages will be provided by SHBA and members are encouraged to attend and invite industry colleagues that may be interested in joining SHBA as well!
