Join us as we kickoff the 20th annual Fall Festival of Homes! Kickoff Night is an evening of celebration as we showcase the hardworking builders and sponsors who make the festival possible. Experience the latest trends and innovations in the industry as we recognize the builders who have pushed boundaries and created exceptional living spaces. Enjoy heavy appetizers and connect with industry professionals before we announce the winners of the prestigious 'Fall Festival of Homes Builder Awards'.
This event will also serve as our General Membership meeting, during which nominations for the 2025 Board of Directors will be conducted prior to the award ceremony.
5:30-7:30: Kickoff Night event
**must be a member of SHBA or a guest of a builder**
Please note that while this event has been sports themed in the past, it is not sports themed this year. The dress code this year will be business casual.
