There is a cap of 75 attendees\, with contractors getting priority for this event.\nThis forum is presented by SHBA\, Spokane County\, and the City of Spokane. SHBA contractors will have the chance to talk with local building and planning officials about code adjustments\, waivers\, and timelines\, and with industry experts experienced in the fire damage rebuilding process to expedite the rebuilding process.There will be 2 different panels: Building and planning officials join government regulators to discuss how they are working to streamline the permitting and site clean-up.SHBA builder members and insurance professionals with fire damage rebuild experience talk about the difference in the rebuild process versus a traditional home build.
