- Access to professional development, networking, business connections, mentorship and leadership opportunities keeps the wheels turning, and helps keep the number of women in the industry growing and increasing in influence every year.
- From business owners to industry experts, to students - Professional Women in Building provides resources that women affiliated with the building industry want and need!
The mission of PWB is to be the voice of Women in the building industry. Through education, professional development, and networking opportunities, PWB helps members acquire and develop invaluable leadership and business management skills that boost career success. :
- Education o PWB hosts Networking Social Events, participates in SHBA events and ongoing education.
- Support of SHBA o Fall Festival of Homes: PWB coordinates the details for the Ladies Night Out and assists with promoting the festival to the general public.
- New Member Breakfasts: PWB presents to new and incoming members of the association.
- Community Involvement - Workforce Development:
- Construction Camp: PWB promotes the construction camp to the our local high-schools.
- Tiny Home Construction: PWB helps promote these ongoing builds to high-school girls.
- Career Fairs: PWB helps promote trade-industry opportunities.

3) Start typing in Business Name and select the Business Membership that is in all caps. If you are an Affiliate choose the account with your name.
